EXEDY SAFARI TUFF CLUTCH Design features include clutch discs with upgraded damper mechanisms and high coefficient premium grade friction materials making the Safari Tuff clutch disc the ultimate choice for serious off road drivers. All Safari Tuff pressure plates are anodised to minimise corrosion and for ease of identification, also incorporating ductile anti burst pressure plate castings, which disperse heat more effectively when operated under duress. Pressure plate clamping loads are increased by up to 50% and additional drive straps (straps holding pressure plate casting to cover pressing) are used to improve durability. Our Safari Tuff range has been designed by EXEDY in one of the worlds most comprehensive engineering facilities and extensively tested in some of the toughest four wheel drive races in the world by competitors in the Australian Safari, Malaysian Rainforest Challenge and the Xtreme Winch Challenge.
